Before you order
Do I pay anything online?
No. You pay the courier in cash when the chair reaches you. Nothing is charged before you have seen it.
Will the color fade in the sun?
The pigment and UV stabilizer are mixed into the resin before molding, not sprayed on the surface. There is no coating to fade or peel — which is why we can put a 2-year warranty behind it.
How much weight does it hold?
150 kg static load, tested. The shell, arms, and legs are one molded piece, so there is no joint to work loose.
Can I leave it outside all year?
Yes. Rain, sun, and frost are what it was designed for. Rinse it with water when it gets dusty — no special cleaners.
What if it arrives damaged?
Refuse it at the door and pay nothing, or call us and we collect and replace it at our cost.
