To deliver an order we collect your name, phone number, and delivery address. If you contact us we also keep your message and email address. We do not collect payment card details — this store takes no online payment.

2. How we use it

Your details are used to prepare, deliver, and support your order, and to reply to enquiries. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share your name, phone number, and address with the courier delivering your order — nothing more, and only for that delivery.

4. Storage in your browser

Your cart is stored in your own browser so it survives a page refresh. It never leaves your device until you submit an order. Clearing your browser storage clears the cart.

5. Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us and we will act within 30 days.
