1. Orders

Placing an order through this site is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed once we issue an invoice and contact you to arrange delivery. We may decline an order if a product is out of stock or the delivery details cannot be verified.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds and include applicable taxes. This store does not accept online payment. Payment is made in cash to the courier on delivery. Prices may change, but never after an invoice has been issued for your order.

3. Delivery

We deliver across Egypt within 2 to 5 working days of confirming an order. A flat shipping fee is added at checkout and shown on your invoice. Our courier will call before arriving; please make sure the phone number you give us is reachable.

4. Returns

You may return an unused product in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product arrived damaged or is not what you ordered.

5. Warranty

Every chair carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, or discoloration caused by chemical cleaners.
