Every part we remove is a part that cannot break, rattle, rust, or need tightening in a year.
About us
Golden Blast is an Egyptian furniture maker. We do not chase catalogues — we refine a small number of pieces until there is nothing left to remove.
How we decide
The FORMA Air chair began as a single question: what does an outdoor chair actually need? Not a frame bolted to a seat. Not screws that loosen after one summer. One shell, molded in a single pass, in a material that does not care about rain.
Every colorway is the same shell. The color is mixed into the resin rather than sprayed on top, so a scratch shows the same color underneath and sunlight has nothing to fade.
We sell direct, which is why a chair engineered like this costs what it does.
A chair should outlast the room it was bought for.
Every part we remove is a part that cannot break, rattle, rust, or need tightening in a year.
Mixing materials means mixing lifespans. A single polymer ages evenly and recycles in one piece.
Pigment goes into the resin, not onto the surface. A scratch reveals the same color underneath.
No distributor margin stacked on top. The engineering budget goes into the chair instead.

How it's made
The shell is injection-molded in a single shot at high pressure, then cooled on a controlled curve so the lattice does not warp. Legs are formed in the same operation. Nothing is glued, welded, or screwed — there is no joint to fail because there is no joint.
01
Virgin-grade polypropylene, pigment and UV stabilizer blended before it ever reaches the mold.
02
A single high-pressure shot forms shell, arms, and legs as one continuous piece.
03
A controlled cooling curve keeps the diamond lattice true and dimensionally stable.
04
Every chair is load-tested and inspected before it is boxed.
“We would rather make one chair that people keep than ten they replace.”
